Return policy

RETURNS POLICY: In LAPASION the withdrawal can be exercised up to 14 days after receipt of the goods, and reimburses 100% of the amount of the product (minus shipping). Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days LAPASION will not accept returns for withdrawal of product purchases. Return conditions: We accept all returns that meet these requirements:

• You may request a return within 14 days of purchase.
• The item must be in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in perfect condition, it must not have been tampered with in any way. The items must arrive at LAPASION in a box that protects the original packaging.
• The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, except if the product is defective or there has been an error by LAPASION.
• Once we receive the item and check that it is correct, we will refund the amount with the same system you used to pay.
• For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of food, which have been manipulated or opened in any case.
• If you buy from CEUTA, MELILLA or CANARY ISLANDS, you will be accepting the payment of DUA and IGIC Canary Islands. If you do not accept the payment of these taxes and procedures do not buy from these locations. Before making a return please contact us by email at ventas@lapasion.es
